5. Limitation of Liability
While we commit to quality, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses related to use of our designs. Our services do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

6. Project Termination
Either party may end the project with written notice. Fees will apply for completed work up to termination.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes will be resolved in UAE courts.
